Manage orders across 4 stages: Pending → Delivered → Returned → Cancelled.

• Marking a COD pending order as Delivered automatically adds the collected amount to your Cashbook.
• Marking an order as Returned automatically refills the item back into inventory stock and deducts only the shipping charges as an expense.

Go to Profile → Courier Management → Add New Courier to set up courier services. For Fader Courier, paste your API Key from your Fader account into the app to place orders directly and generate waybill numbers automatically from within MrBiz.

Upload your logo under Profile → Update Business Profile, and add your preferred social media/web link under Profile → Setup Social Media. The app will generate Print-Ready Waybill PDFs complete with your logo and a scannable QR code for all pending orders.

They track all physical cash in/out and bank account transactions to keep your business cash flow 100% accurate. Sales, purchases, expenses, and credit payments automatically update these registers.

• Receivables: Tracks outstanding customer credits bill-by-bill so you can manage credit collections seamlessly.

User names and contact details are partially masked (e.g., Kasun P.***) to protect user data privacy.

Yes! Go to Profile → Manage Business to add multiple businesses and switch between them seamlessly within the same app.

Create a security PIN under Profile → Setup Security PIN. Then use Manage Features to hide or lock features like BOM, Raw Materials, Reports, Cashbook, or Bank Accounts to restrict access.

Absolutely! Your shop, sales, and customer data are 100% private and never visible to other users. You retain full responsibility for the accuracy of the data you enter.

Go to Profile → Delete Account to permanently delete your account and all associated data. Alternatively, you can submit a request on our Account Deletion Page. Note that deleted accounts cannot be restored.
